Course roster reports
Teachers have access to several useful reports right from their course roster. These reports detail student user information, attendance, learning profiles, schedules, and more. These reports will provide information to teachers regarding the students in the specific course section without needing to go outside the course itself.
Teachers will need to select the course from their Classes drop down and then select the Roster tab. They can see a list of available reports by selecting Run roster/student reports.
If a report listed below is not available. Access may have been removed to the report by a Platform manager at your school. You'll need to contact your school's Platform manager for assistance getting access to that report.

Comments by section: This report allows teachers to see Academics official notes for the students in the selected course for a specific date range.

Course roster This report provides student names, phone numbers, advisors, and their parent information for the students in the selected course.

Emergency contacts: This report provides student emergency contact information.

Learning profiles: This report provides any Learning profiles associated with any students on the course roster.

Roster block schedule: This report displays each student and teacher's schedule by block.

Roster enrollments: This report shows all courses all students are enrolled in by term for the current school year.

Pre-excused absences by Student: This report provides any pre-excused absences that have been added for students on the course roster.

Attendance history - by section: This report allows you to view attendance history by student and day.

Manual attendance sheet: This report allows teachers to take attendance outside of the system if needed. This may be used for field trips or substitute teachers.
