Account Fields

Address fields default to the country of your database. For example, when you use a United States database, the State/Province field appears. When you need to use international address fields, select fields from the Multi-Country Address Fields list under Available Fields. For example, if you use a United States database, but you have donors in the Netherlands, use address fields from that list to include address information specific to the Netherlands, such as Street Name and Building Number. Field Name	Description
Account Name	Displays the name value from the Account Name field for an account.
Account Number	Displays the internal number assigned by eTapestry to accounts in your database. This number does NOT define how many accounts you have in eTapestry.
Account Ref	Displays a unique number for each account that is stored in the backend of your eTapestry database.
Address Lines	Displays the address where the owners of the account are located.
Address Line 1	Displays the first line of the address block listed on the persona page. When you select this, the field separates this address line from the address block.
Address Line 2	Displays the second line of the address block listed on the persona page. When you select this, the field separates this address line from the address block.
Address Line 3	Displays the third line of the address block listed on the persona page. When you select this, the field separates this address line from the address block.
Address Line 4	Displays the fourth line of the address block listed on the persona page. When you select this, the field separates this address line from the address block.
City	Displays the city of the address.
Country	Displays the country of the address.
Country Code	Displays the 2 letter ISO country code for the country of the address.
County	Displays the county the address is located.
Created By	Displays who created the account.
Creation Date	Displays the date that the account was created.
Creation Time	Displays the time that the account was created.
Email	Displays all email addresses that appear in the Email field.
Email (First Address)	Displays the first email address in the Email field.
Envelope Salutation	Displays the mailing envelope salutation to use for the account. For example, "Mr. John Smith" may appear.
First Name	Displays the first name for an individual account.
Full Address with Country (Multi Line)	Displays the full address on multiple lines and also includes the country. The address format that displays is based on the country's standard address formatting. From Management, My Organization, when you select the Omit [your domestic country] for addresses in [your domestic country] when you use these merge fields checkbox from Preferences, your organization's default country does not appear in the address block. However, the country name continues to appear for international addresses.
Full Address with Country (Single Line)	Displays the full address as a single line and also includes the country. From Management, My Organization, when you select the Omit [your domestic country] for addresses in [your domestic country] when you use these merge fields checkbox from Preferences, your organization's default country does not appear in the address block. However, the country name continues to appear for international addresses.
Full Address without Country (Multi Line)	Displays the full address on multiple lines and excludes the country. The address format that displays is based on the country's standard address formatting.
Full Address without Country (Single Line)	Displays the full address as a single line and excludes the country.
Last Modified By	Displays the person who most recently modified the account to make changes.
Last Modified Date	Displays the date the data was last modified.
Last Modified Time	Displays the time the modifications were made.
Last name	Displays the last name for an individual account.
Last Opt Out Action	Displays information about what caused the most recent change to the persona opt out status. For example, if the persona opted out because the constituent clicked the opt out link in an email, this field states, "Opted out via email "[Email Subject]." If the persona opt out status was changed by a user in the database, this field states, "Opted Out by user [user ID]" or "Opt out removed by user [user ID]."
Last Opt Out Change Date	Displays information about the date of the most recent change to the persona opt out status. If the persona opt out status has never been changed, then this field is blank.
Login ID	Displays the login ID of the user or users.
Long Salutation	Displays the formal salutation to use for the account. For example, "Mr. Smith" may appear.
Loyalty Rating	Displays the loyalty rating of each account included in the report. This field is part of the donor loyalty module.
Middle Name	Displays the middle name for an individual account.
Name Format	Displays Name Format (Individual, Family, or Business) for an account.
Note	Displays the note information in the Note field on the Personas page of the account.
Old Formatted Address	Displays whether or not the address is saved using the old eTapestry address format. If it uses the old address format, "Yes" displays. If not, "No" appears.
Opted Out	Displays whether or not the persona is currently marked as opted out of receiving mass emails. If the persona is opted out, "Yes" displays. If not, "No" appears.
Organization Name	Displays your organization's name. The value defaults from the Name field on the Personas tab from Management, My Organization.
Persona Created By	Displays the user who created the persona.
Persona Creation Date	This shows the date that the persona was created.
Persona End Date	This shows the date at which the specific persona is invalid.
Persona Last Modified Date	Displays the date when the persona was last modified.
Persona Modified By	Displays the user who most recently modified the persona.
Persona Start Date	Displays the date the contact information relative to the person’s status is effective.
Persona Type	Displays the persona type that is marked as primary on the account.
Postal Code	Displays the zip code.
Primary Persona Type	Displays the persona type that is marked as primary on the account.
Recognition	Displays the type constituent's recognition preference.
Recognition Name	If different from the constituent or account name, displays the name the gift is tagged with.
Short Salutation	Displays the informal salutation to use for the account. For example, "John" may appear.
Sort Name	The sort name feature in eTapestry enables you to run alphabetical lists. When you want to report/export information, make sure to check sort name if you want an alphabetical list by last name. In most cases you should include the Last Name, First Name in your sort field on the persona page.
State/Province	Displays the state or province for the address. The available fields are based on the locale of your database. For example, if you have a United States database, the field returns a state. If you have a Canada database, the field returns a province.
Suffix	Displays the suffix for an individual account.
Title	Displays the title for an individual account.
Web Page	Displays the web page URL address.
