Manage Preferences
After the initial integration setup between eTapestry and Constant Contact, you can change your preferences at any time. This allows you to update your Constant Contact login credentials and change your synchronization preferences between the two systems.
If you change your password in Constant Contact, you will be automatically brought to the preferences page in eTapestry the next time you access the integration screen so you can update your credentials.
Select preferences

From Communications , click Constant Contact. The Blackbaud eTapestry & Constant Contact page appears.

Click Manage Preferences. The Constant Contact - Manage Preferences screen appears.

Update your user name, password, or synchronization preferences. For more information about this screen, see Connect to Constant Contact from eTapestry.

Click Save.
Disable Constant Contact
If you no longer want to use the integration with Constant Contact, you can disable it.

From Communications, click Constant Contact.

Select Manage Preferences. The Constant Contact - Manage Preferences page appears.

Under Constant Contact Integration Status, clear the Enabled checkbox.

Click Save to disable the integration.
Note: To enable the integration after it has been disabled, select the Enabled checkbox and click Save.
Refresh Constant Contact connection
To prevent connection issues with your Constant Contact integration, you can manually refresh your connection from eTapestry. From Manage preferences, under Links, select Refresh Integration Connection then Refresh connection.
