Counts
Counts help you track numbers and amounts associated with a unit. From General ledger, Statistical units, you can enter unit counts based on date, and view last count and balances over time.
Enter a count

From General ledger, Statistical units, from a unit, select Enter counts.
You can also enter counts from a unit's quick view on the right side of the screen (simply select the unit name). From the quick view, to enter a new count, select Enter counts

Select a date and specify values for any elements you added when you created the unit.

Enter amounts to reflect the count for this specific date.
Tip: The unit name appears as the field where you'll enter amounts. For example, for the Meals served unit, you would enter your count in the Meals served (+/-) field. A running total for your count appears at the bottom of the screen.

Select Save.
View a count
To view counts for a unit, select a unit's name. From the quick view that appears, you can view each count associated with the unit. To drill into a specific count, from the menu 
of a count, select View.
Edit a count
You can edit a unit's count in several ways:

Select a unit's last count. From the quick view that appears, select Edit counts
. Adjust the date, element, or amount as necessary and select Save. -
Select a unit's name. From the quick view that appears, from the menu
of a count, select Edit. Adjust the date, element, or amount as necessary and select Save. -
Select a unit's name. From the quick view that appears, from the menu
of a count, select View, then select Edit counts . Adjust the date, element, or amount as necessary and select Save.
Delete a count
You can delete a unit's count in several ways:

Select a unit's last count. From the quick view that appears, select Delete.

Select a unit's name. From the quick view that appears, from the menu
of a count, select Delete. -
Select a unit's name. From the quick view that appears, from the menu
of a count, select View, then select Delete.
