Client Names and Salutations
You can customize how client name, address and salutations appear on statements, invoices, and other correspondence. By configuring addressee and salutation formats, you help ensure that addressees and salutations appear consistently on mailings.
You can also create various salutation formats for use depending on the occasion.

In the Title and Title 2 fields, enter a title of the client, for example, “Mr.” or “Dr.”.

In the First name, Middle name, and Last name fields, enter the client name.

In the Suffix and Suffix 2 fields, enter a suffix, for example, “Jr.” or “III”.

In the Full name field, enter the client’s full name as you want it printed.

5. If you mark Synchronize full name and individual name fields, you can select to update the full name based on the individual name fields, or update individual name fields based on full name.

Click Save.

In the Salutation 1 and Salutation 2 fields, enter For example, for the client’s first name to be part of the salutation, select “First name”.

Enter a formal and informal salutation.

Click Save.
