Client Names and Salutations
You can customize how names, addressees, and salutations appear on statements, invoices, and other correspondence. Configure addressee and salutation formats to make sure they display correctly on mailings. You can also create different salutation formats for specific occasions.
Client Names
Select Edit, Name.
Enter the details you need, such as the client's title, first name, last name, and full name.
When you select Synchronize full name and individual name fields, determine if you want to update the full name based on the individual name fields or update the name fields based on the full name.
Select Save.
Addressee and Salutation
From Receivables, Clients, open a client's record.
Select Edit, Addressee/salutation.
Enter the details you need, such as the client's formal and informal salutation.
Note: The salutation formats you view are determined by the Addressee and salutations configurations in Settings, Receivables. For more details, see Receivables Settings.
Select Save.
