Vendor Activity Filters

Vendor activity filters help you find the transactions you need quickly and build focused lists that support review and follow up tasks.

Use activity filters to group transactions by key details such as dates, status, or location. For example, you can create a list of approved invoices to prepare for payment or identify unapplied credit memos that need attention.

Available Filters

You can filter vendor activity by the following criteria:

  • Transaction - Filter by Credit memo, Invoice, Credit, Transaction date, Due date, or Post date to focus on specific transaction types or timeframes.

  • Status - Limit results to transactions in a specific workflow state, such as Approved or Pending.

  • Post Status - Identify whether transactions are posted or not posted to help with reconciliation and review.

  • History - Review historical activity to track changes or confirm prior actions.

Apply or Clear Filters

After you define your filter criteria, select Apply filters to update the results.

To remove filter selections and return to the full list, select Clear.
