Edit Allocation Business Rules

Use allocation business rules to label management and money manager fees across Financial Edge NXT and set how budget checks apply to indirect cost allocations.

1. From Settings, select Allocations. Under Business rules, select Edit.

2. Enter the labels to use for management and money manager fees.

3. For indirect cost budget checks, select a budget scenario. A scenario is one version of a budget for a fiscal year.

4. Set how to handle project budgets by period, fiscal year, and expenditure preference. You can allow expenditures, warn before they occur, or prevent them.

5. Select Save.
