Current Totals

Under Net Assets, Current totals from Analysis, Dashboards, you can analyze your organization's total, current net assets, as well as the total amount of funds that are unrestricted, temporarily restricted, and permanently restricted.

Note: The Post date filter does not apply to calculations under Current totals.

Total net assets includes your organization's total, current net assets (of all classifications). These totals are based on the Post status and Fund filters you select.

Unrestricted net assets represents the amount of transactions that have no restrictions, or outlined purpose, on how the revenue is used.

Temporarily restricted net assets represents the amount of transactions that are to be used for an identified purpose or project within a specific time frame.

Permanently restricted net assets represents the amount of transactions that are to be used for an identified purpose or project where the terms of the restriction do not expire.
