Projects Summary

From Analysis, Dashboards, you can generate a Projects dashboard to review metrics for projects, such as actual amount spent versus budgeted.

Under Summary, review the following:

• Actuals — Displays the total amount of money spent for a budget scenario with a specific account category, based on the filters.

• Budget — Displays a budget scenario's total amount of allotted money for a specific account category, based on the filters.

• % used — Displays a percentage to represent how much of the budget scenario has been used (Budget divided by Actuals), based on the filters.

Under Budget vs. actuals, review the following:

• Budget vs. actuals — Displays a bar graph to represent how much of the budget scenario has been used (Budget divided by Actuals), based on the filters.
