Transaction Codes Analysis Filters
When you analyze the performance of your organization's financial efforts in Analysis, Dashboards, the metrics under Transaction Code (with or without starting and ending balances) include all values in their respective lists (by default). To select different ones, or to include only transactions that meet specific criteria, use the filters.
Tip: These filters are cumulative, so imagine an "and" between each. For example, if you specify types of transactions and a post date, you can analyze projects that meet that criteria.

To analyze transactions based on a post date, choose a date range in the Post date filter and select Apply.

To analyze transactions based on a specific post status, such as Not yet posted, choose one or more statuses in the Post status filter and select Apply.

To analyze transactions associated with encumbrance funds, such as Encumbrance or Regular, choose them in the Encumbrance filter and select Apply.

To analyze transactions associated with the transaction code, choose them in the Transactions filter and select Apply.

To analyze transaction codes based on a specific status, such as Active or Inactive, select a status in the Transaction code status filter and select Apply.

To analyze transactions associated with specific funds, such as Grant or Endowments, choose them in the Fund filter and select Apply.
Tip: To reuse frequent filter selections, save their view to easily apply them in the future. For more information, see Dashboards .
