Asset Filters

To access fixed asset filters, select Filters from the action bar above the list. These filters make locating assets easier and faster, and are also useful in creating specific lists of assets. For example, you can create a list of assets based on status or date.

Available asset filters:

• Asset

  • Acquisition date

  • Class

  • Location

  • Department

  • Convention

  • Useful life

  • Disposed (yes/no)

• History

• Attachments

• Custom fields
