Browser Regional Settings

Financial Edge NXT is a total web solution that uses the regional settings of your browser to set language and locale options such as date and time formats. For example, when using Chrome, if the language setting is set to "English (Canada)" then the date format used for Financial Edge NXT would be YYYY-MM-DD.

Note: Adjusting regional settings in your local operating system Windows settings does not affect date formats in your Blackbaud product.

For Financial Edge NXT PDF reports, the date format is based on the country stamped on the Financial Edge NXT environment:

• Canada: yyyy-MM-dd

• UK, NZ, Australia: dd/MM/yyyy

• US and all others: MM/dd/yyyy

Note: The country stamp on an environment cannot be changed, therefore the date format used in reports is fixed based on the country for which the environment is provisioned.
