Add Scenario ID

A budget scenario is a single instance of an organization’s budget for a given fiscal year. For example, you can create multiple scenarios of your original budget to track revisions for that budget.

  1. When adding a budget scenario, either select or search for the Scenario ID.

    Tip: Existing scenario IDs are included from the database view.

  2. From the list, select New.

  3. After you enter the long and short descriptions, select Save.
