EFT Bank Account

Use EFT bank accounts to pay vendors electronically, reduce manual processing, and support faster, more secure payments. You can add EFT bank account information when you create a vendor or manage EFT bank accounts for existing vendors from the EFT accounts tile.

Add EFT Bank Account

Add an EFT bank account to store the banking details required for electronic payments and to control how and when payments are issued.

  1. From the vendor list, select Add or Edit on your vendor form.

  2. In the EFT bank account section, enter the vendor bank name.

  3. Under Status, select EFT, Pre-note, or Inactive.

  4. Under Account information, select the Account type. Your choices include Checking, Savings, or Other.

  5. Enter the account Routing number and Account number.

  6. In Discretionary code, enter the code provided by the vendor’s bank to support bank specific processing requirements.

  7. Select International ACH transaction if the payment is going to an international account. For international payments, you will need the vendor, or vendor’s bank, to provide you with the Routing number type, Go routing number, and the ISO country code.

  8. Enter the bank address and contact details, including phone numbers and email addresses, to support payment inquiries and issue resolution.

  9. In the Notes grid, enter internal notes related to the bank account, such as verification details or special handling instructions.

  10. Select Done to save.
