Grant Activity

Grant activity provides a centralized view of all project and transaction code activity associated with a grant, helping you monitor financial performance, track spending, and analyze grant-related activity throughout the fiscal year.

From a grant record, under Activity, review total revenues, expenses, gains, losses, gifts, transfers, and adjustments for a selected fiscal year. Use filters to focus on regular activity, encumbrances, or specific fiscal years, making it easier to analyze the data most relevant to your needs.

Select a category to drill down into detailed activity by account and project, providing greater visibility into the transactions that contribute to grant balances. To identify trends and compare performance over time, select Show graph to view revenues and expenses in an interactive chart. Hover over data points to see totals and gain deeper insight into grant activity at a glance.

Tip: Use filters and drill-down capabilities together to quickly investigate variances, verify transactions, and better understand the financial activity impacting a grant.
