Manage Bank Feeds

After you accept Yodlee's Terms of Use, you can add online bank account information in Financial Edge NXT.

To get started, gather login credentials for your online accounts. After you add accounts, you can link them to your bank accounts in Financial Edge NXT. You can link accounts immediately or later. If you link later, a reminder appears above the bank accounts list in Treasury.

Note: Each online bank account must be linked to a bank account in Financial Edge NXT.

1. From the bank accounts list, select Manage feeds.

2. On the Edit bank feeds screen, select Add more accounts.

   Tip: When you add online bank accounts for the first time with Let's get started, the Add screen opens after you accept Yodlee's Terms of Use.

3. Enter the account you want to link, and select Search.

   Based on your search, popular, common, and matching results appear.

   Note: If you do not find the account, it may not be supported by Yodlee. You can submit the Yodlee request form to suggest an account.

4. Enter account credentials, and select Search.

   Credentials vary by account type. For example, you might need a site catalog, user name, user ID, and password.

   Note: We partner with Yodlee to support confidentiality and security. You enter credentials one time, and Financial Edge NXT does not store them.

5. After credentials are verified and account details are gathered , select I'm done adding accounts.

You can link the account now or link it later.

Edit an Online Bank Account

1. From the bank accounts list, select Manage bank feeds.

2. On the Edit bank feeds screen, select Edit next to the online bank account you want to update.

3. Update account credentials, and select Update.

4. After credentials are verified and account details are gathered , select I'm done adding accounts.

View Summary of Accounts

After you add online bank accounts and before you link them, the Summary of accounts screen appears. This screen shows online accounts that are eligible to link to bank accounts in Financial Edge NXT.

From Summary of accounts, you can link accounts now or later, add more accounts, or edit existing accounts.

Link an Online Bank Account

1. Open the Link bank accounts screen from one of these locations:

   • From Summary of accounts, select Start linking accounts.

   • From Edit bank feeds, select Link accounts.

   • Above the bank accounts list, select Continue linking.

2. Under Online accounts, review available online accounts for linking.

   You can review account type, bank name, account number, and current balance.

   Tip: If you do not want to link an account, select Ignore this account. To include it later, select Manage bank feeds above the bank accounts list, select Add more accounts, and enter the credentials for that account.

3. Under Financial Edge NXT, review the suggested bank account.

   To link to the suggested account, select Yes, they match! . To link a different account, select No, look for another account.

4. After you finish linking accounts, select Save and close.

Note: After bank accounts are linked, an initial download of transactions runs automatically.

Unlink an Online Bank Account

1. From a bank account record, select More from the action bar, and select Unlink account.

2. To confirm, select Unlink account.

   When you unlink a bank account, online bank information is removed for the selected account in Financial Edge NXT. Online bank information for other accounts is not affected.
