Credit Card Activity

From Expenses, My credit card transactions, quickly scan open charges and credits, as well a submitted and rejected charges.

Select Work with my charges to view all credit card activity. From here, you can view downloaded credit card transactions associated with a credit card, and cardholders can view and submit their charges for approval.

Tip: Select Refresh to update your credit card feed.

To quickly locate a transaction, search or filter the list. You can also sort transactions by amount, date, or description, and view a quick preview of the charges. To toggle on or off, select Show image previews.

Add details to transactions and save them until you're ready to submit transactions for approval.
