Invoice Request Filters

To access invoice request filters, select Filters from the action bar on the My invoice requests page. These filters make locating your approvals easier and faster, and are also useful in creating specific lists. For example, you can create a list based on transaction date or transaction status.

Invoice request filters:

Transaction

  • Amount

  • Vendor

  • Status (Open, Submitted, In progress, Rejected, Approved, Invoice Deleted)

Attachments

  • Show all

  • Show only transactions with attachments

  • Exclude transactions with attachments

History

  • Date last changed

  • Last changed by user

  • Date created

  • Created by user

Once you set your filters, select Apply filters. To clear your filters, select Clear all filters.
