Online Security
To define online security for your expense management users, select Expenses, Settings, User settings.
Use the tabs on the left to define settings for Purchase request security or Invoice request security.

To enable Purchase request security, mark the checkbox.

In the Department field, select the user’s primary department.

To allow the user to approve or reject requisitions, mark Can approve Requisitions.

To allow the user to approve his own requisitions, mark Can self-approve Requisitions.

To restrict the amount a user can self-approve, enter the maximum amount in the Requisition self approval limit field.

To prevent the user from creating receipts for himself or others, mark Cannot create Receipts.

To allow the user to create receipts for his own requisitions, mark Can create Receipts for own Requisitions.

To allow the user to create receipts for all requisitions, mark Can create Receipts for all Requisitions.

To allow the user to view all requisitions, mark Can view all Requisitions.

To allow the user to edit other users’ information, mark Can edit My Account information for other users.

Select Save.

To enable Invoice request security, mark the checkbox.

To allow the user to approve Invoice requests, mark Can approve Requests.

To allow the user to approve his own Invoice requests, mark Can self-approve Requests.

To restrict the amount a user can self-approve, enter the maximum amount in the Invoice request self approval limit field.

To allow the user to view all Invoice requests, mark Can view all Invoice Requests.

To allow the user to edit the GL distribution in My Account, mark Can change GL distribution in My Account.

To allow the user to edit other users’ information, mark Can edit My Account information for other users.

Select Save.
