Balance Sheet Filters

To access balance sheet filters, select Filter from the action bar above the list. These filters make locating balance information easier and faster, and are also useful in creating specific lists. For example, you can create a list based on fiscal year or fund options.

Available balance sheet filters:

General

• Fiscal year

• Fiscal period

• Actual/encumbrance

• Fund options

Once you set your filters, click Apply filters. To clear your filters, click Clear all filters.
