Products

The Products list page under Payables displays all products you have in the system. From here, you can access your existing products. Use the menu to open the product.

Using product records saves time when adding line items on purchase orders because you can quickly select a product you previously created, instead of entering the information every time you create a purchase order for identical items.

Tip: Use the column chooser customize what information is displayed in the grid. Select Columns above the grid to make your selections. You can also reorder columns in the list by moving the headers.

• To open a specific product, enter the product id in the search field and select it in the results.

  Tip: If you don't know the exact number, you can enter a partial number.
