Products

The Products list page in Payables shows all products in your system. Use this page to open and manage existing product records.

Product records help you save time when you add line items to purchase orders. Instead of entering the same details each time, you can select a product you already created.

Use column options to control what information appears in the list.

• Select Columns to choose which fields to display.

• Reorder columns by moving the column headers.

Tip: Customize the list to show only the fields you use most often.

1. To open a product, enter the product ID in the search field.

2. Select the product from the results.

Tip: If you don't know the full product ID, enter part of the number to find matching results.
