Subledger Reconciliation
Note: Don't see this yet? Subledger reconciliation is in Limited Availability (LA) and releasing in waves. During LA, we'll review and implement participant feedback to prepare for general availability.
Use Subledger reconciliation to identify and resolve out‑of‑balance accounts between the subledger and the general ledger. This process helps you quickly detect discrepancies and take corrective action before closing a fiscal period.

From General ledger, Subledger reconciliation, select the accounts you want to compare to identify out-of-balance accounts.
Tip: You can also access this from General ledger, Overview. Under Subledger reconciliation, select the fiscal period you want to compare and then select View reconciliation accounts.
Review results, including:
Tip: To view the latest reconciliation details, select Refresh. You can refresh every 60 seconds.
The beginning balance for general ledger accounts.
The total posted for general ledger accounts.
All posted and unposted transactions for the subledger in the general ledger accounts.
Under Variance, identify out-of-balance accounts and take the appropriate action to resolve each discrepancy. Reconciling account balances and correcting variance discrepancies helps make sure accurate financial reporting and a smoother period close.
