Vendor Filters

Use vendor filters to quickly narrow large vendor lists and focus on the records that matter for your work. Filters help you answer common questions such as which vendors have balances due, which vendors are active, or which vendors operate in a specific location. By creating focused lists, you spend less time searching and more time taking action.

You can combine filters to create precise vendor lists that support reviews, follow up work, and reporting.

Open the vendor list and select Filter. Then use one or more of the following filters to refine the vendor list.

General

  • Balance due

  • Vendor status

  • Vendor location

  • Last invoice date

  • Vendor type

  • 1099

Payment

  • Bank account

  • Payment method

History

  • Date last changed

  • Last changed by user

  • Date created

  • Created by user

Attachments

  • Attachments

Custom fields

  • Custom fields that you create

After you define your criteria, select Apply filters to update the vendor list.

To remove criteria and return to the full list, select Clear all filters.
