Invitations
When you add a new user, they automatically receive an invitation to the database. After the user accepts the invitation, their feature areas and tasks become available based on their assigned roles and permissions. For information, see Users.
You manage invitations in the list of users. To quickly determine the status of a user's invitation, such as Invitation sent or Active, view their Status column.

To send a duplicate invitation when email delivery fails or the user can't find the original invitation, select Resend invite from their menu .
Tip: This option appears when the user's status is Invitation sent only.

To cancel an invitation when you inadvertently send one to the wrong email address or user, select Cancel invitation from their menu .

To edit a user's roles, select Manage roles from their menu and choose their role for each feature area. For more information, see Roles.
Note: Each user only receives and accepts one invitation. If you edit a user's role to provide access to another feature area, the user automatically has access to the area within several minutes without receiving and accepting another invitation.
