Enterprise reports
Enterprise reports can be found under Reports and are the same reports available for individual schools but can be run for one or more schools in an Enterprise. When a report is run for multiple schools in an Enterprise, the students will be listed by school. If you would like to have a comprehensive list of students that are not listed by school, select to run the version of the report with All Students at the end. The All Students versions of these reports will also include columns for School Name and School Code. All Students reports will only be available as a Microsoft Excel file.

From the Generate Report drop down, select the report type you'd like to run.

In the Report Criteria module, set filters for:

Region: Filters by region.
-
School categories: Filters by school categories.
-
School types: Filters by school types.
-
School(s): Filter by specific school.
-
Status: Refers to application statuses.
Note: Not all filters need to be used in order to generate the report

Select Apply and then wait for the report to process. The report will appear in the grid as Report Ready once it is finished generating.

Find the report(s) in the grid. On the report row, select a format to download and view the report. A report may be available as an Adobe PDF file, Microsoft Excel file, or both.
Types of reports:

Use this report to review a summary of data from verified documents as your school determines who to grant aid to and how much aid to award. The Summary reports do not include students added via Import Students. There are three options for this report:

Summary Report - Student Need: students will be sorted by Student need.

Summary Report - Student Name: students will be sorted by Student name.

Summary Report - All Students: students will appear in a comprehensive list regardless of their school.
For all the students in the report, the report calculates the total

Use this report to reach out to families with missing documents. For all the students in the report, the report indicates which documents the family is missing and provides their contact information. There are two versions of this report available at the Enterprise level. The version called Missing Documents Report - All Students sorts students by name regardless of their school, whereas the Missing Documents Report sorts students by school first.

For each family, Blackbaud Financial Aid Management generates a comprehensive report which can help the school review the family's information at a glance. The Family report does not include students added via Import Students. The reports is collated by household. There is some information on the School version of this report that is not available on the Enterprise version. Any missing information can be found on the Application details page for the family. For each household in the report, the report shows detailed information about

Household statistics - number of parents, total dependents, dependents in private school, dependents attending your school, household contribution to education (HCE), allowed education expense pro-rated HCE, calculated student need, total amount of grants awarded

Application status - review status, number of reviewed items, on-time status, date application received

Household Key Ratios - average current ratio, average debt service ratio, average debt to asset ratio, a legend for abbreviations used in the report

Special Circumstances - short and long description of special circumstances, special code, documentation provided

Student Detail Information - number of students, student name, student code, actual tuition amount, allowed tuition amount, contribution from parents and guardians, contribution from others, calculated HCE, calculated need , total amount of grants awarded, remaining amount, total prorated amount

Household Calculations

Assigned Income - employment, business income, other monthly income (annual total), other annual income, earned income and additional child tax credits, employer medical/dental value, total assigned income

Reported Annual Deductions (Actual & Allowed) - housing expenses, daycare/elderly expenses, allimony & child support expenses, medical expenses, charity contributions, total annual deductions

Household Assets - gross assets, net assets, weighted assets, retirement allowance, net weighted assets, total available assets

Use this report to create a directory of families to contact. There are two versions of this report available at the Enterprise level. This report gives you a break down of different incomes, assets, capital, and deductions for each family and compares the previous year's totals to the current year's total. This will help admins to see any changes in family situations from one year to the next. This includes changes regarding assets, income, contributions, need, grant awards, prorated amounts, and more. There are two versions of this report available at the Enterprise level. The version called Year Over Year Report - All Students sorts students by name regardless of their school, whereas the Year Over Year Report sorts students by school first.

This report can be used to assist you in importing Financial Aid information from Blackbaud Financial Aid Management into the Blackbaud Enrollment Management System. This report contains many of the columns you will need to perform this import. When this report is run for an Enterprise, columns for School ID and School name will be available.
