Handle Family Documents

Once a family has submitted an application, you can upload required documentation for them.

  1. Select Families > Manage Families from the main menu.

  2. In the Family Name column select the family. The Family Detail page appears.

  3. Select the blue arrow on the left side of your screen.

  4. Select Documents.

    You can now view existing documents and upload new documents associated with this family.

    Note: Once uploaded, documents cannot be deleted.
