Tuition & Discounts

Keep track of your school's tuition and tuition discounts in Blackbaud Financial Aid Management.

To get started:

  1. Under Settings, choose Tuition & Standard Discounts.

  2. Each grade level's tuition is listed, as well as available discounts.

  3. Add any notes under Notes.

    • Select Save when finished.

Tuition is controlled by grade level.

To manage tuition:

  1. Under Tuition, select +Add.

    • Enter the appropriate Grade and Base Tuition.

    • Determine if the tuition is Eligible for Aid.

    • Determine if the tuition is Eligible for Discount.

    • Select Save when finished.

  2. Tuition can be edited by updating the appropriate field and selecting Save.

  3. Delete a grade's tuition by selecting the trash can icon for the grade level.

    Note: Once deleted, tuition amounts cannot be restored and must be re-entered manually.

Schools can have up to 3 standard discounts.

To manage discounts:

  1. Under Standard Discounts, enter a Discount name.

  2. Choose if the discount is a flat Amount or a Percentage off of tuition.

  3. Enter the amount or percentage Value.

  4. Select Save when finished.
