Code Mapping

The Code mapping tool in Control panel, Manage platform, allows you to manage the way your codes are mapped for display and reporting purposes in Fundraiser Performance Management.

When you match your codes and descriptions to the system mapping, your code's description appears in the the product. For example, you might set a code in Proposal Status to map to "In Development." Your description, "Cultivation", appears in viewports and on proposals with that status for users to see.

To edit mapping items, from Control panel, Manage platform, select Code mapping. For the section you want to update, select the item's menu and select Edit.

• If you have permission, review and modify your code and description.

• Clear the Show in activity center checkbox if you don't want the item to display there.

• There may not be a one to one correlation for the code you want to map to the system, so you may have to select something that closely relates.
