Contact Report Outcome

The Contact report uutcome mapping allows you to change the way your institution's contact report outcomes are categorized for reporting purposes in the Platform. You can map each contact type to one of the following options:

• Add to Portfolio

• Disqualification

• Move to Another Officer

• Ready for Cultivation

• Ready for Solicitation

• Research Needed

Changes made are reflected immediately.
