Contacts
The Contacts viewport displays a table with all of the contact reports that the selected officer(s) is associated with in the selected year. By clicking on the Subject in the table you can view the full contact report detail. You can view the constituent's Relationship Profile by clicking on the Entity Name.
Use the arrows at the top to page through the contact reports. The Search bar will allow you to find a report by searching on the subject, entity name, or associated gift officer. Use the Gear or 'options' icon to export, resize, or view iHelp for the viewport. The Grabber Icon allows you drag and drop the viewport to another area on the page.
If your institution is subscribed to Activity Center, you can use the Add Contact button to create a new contact report in Fundraiser Performance Management.
