Create a Contact Report in the Mobile App
You can use the mobile app to create a contact report for an interaction with a prospect. Your user profile needs to be assigned an Activity Center seat and has the permission for Add Contact Report under the Activity Center settings. The option will be visible in both the app and in the browser version of Fundraiser Performance Management.

Log in to the Fundraiser Performance Management mobile app.

Select Create a Contact Report on the main page.

Enter data in the fields. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk (*).

Select Submit to save the contact report.
