Set up Access for the Mobile App
The Mobile app tool in Control panel, Manage platform, allows you to control access to the Blackbaud Mobile app. Blackbaud Mobile brings the power of Fundraiser Performance Management to the palm of your hands by drawing the relationship-specific and prospect assignment data you need from your donor database. With Blackbaud Mobile, users can find all of the up-to-date information about a prospective donor and their giving, as well as your organization's interactions with that prospect.
Blackbaud Mobile allows users access to the Entity Lookup feature to find constituents by name or their constituent ID. Users can also locate which relationships are near a specific zip code with Zip Code Lookup. Also, for users that have prospects assigned to them, they will be found in the Prospect Assignments list.
Mobile application access
The mobile application access toggle allows you turn the Blackbaud mobile app access off or on for all users. When enabled, users can download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. They will then be able to log into the Blackbaud mobile app using their Blackbaud ID. If you decide to disable the Blackbaud mobile app, your users will still be able to download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. However, they will not be able to log in.
Note: Face ID and Touch ID are no longer supported as ways to log into the FPM Mobile App.
