Proposal Status by Expected Date
The Proposal Status by Expected Date Viewport displays the proposals associated with selected officers that have an expected date during the selected fiscal year.
This Viewport looks for proposals with an Expected Date in a given month, and then groups them into one of four different statuses.
You can toggle between the Count of proposals in each status or the total dollar Amount of proposals in that status.
The dollar amount value calculated for each proposal is based on the status it is in:

In Development proposals use Target Ask Amount

Asked proposals use Ask Amount

Granted proposals use Granted Amount

Declined proposals use Ask Amount
Key Definitions

In Development: Proposals that have not yet been asked. They have an "In Development" status.

Asked: Proposals that have been asked and are awaiting a response. They have an "Submitted/Pending" status.

Declined: Proposals that have been declined. They have a "Declined" status.

Granted: Proposals that have been granted. They have an "Approved" status.

Target Ask Amount: The target or goal amount established prior to asking the prospect for a fundraising commitment.

Ask Amount: The original amount requested from the donor.

Granted Amount: The final amount received from a granted proposal.
