Download Data From Templates

Data can be downloaded from templates without creating a report.

Note: This can help you to determine the usefulness of a template or pull information quickly. However, it is recommended to create a report based on the template if it will be used consistently.

Download data from the Ad Hoc report table

1. Navigate to the Reporting > Ad Hoc and Data Feeds area.

2. From the Ad Hoc tab, either filter the report table by Standard report templates or search for the template.

3. Select the ellipsis icon next to the template and then either Download CSV or Download Excel. Both options can be used to generate an export file of the data that would be shown in this template.

Download data from the template preview

1. Preview the template.

2. Select the download icon and then Download CSV or Download Excel to generate an export file of the data shown in the preview.
