Cancel Applications
You can cancel an application if you no longer want to be considered for a grant program. Canceled applications are automatically hidden from the My Applications area.
Warning: You cannot edit or make changes to canceled applications.
Note: Cancellation is only available for applications with a status of Awaiting Review, In Progress, On Hold, or Approved (without awards or payments).

Navigate to the Applicant Portal by going to apply.yourcausegrants.com or your custom client URL. Sign in using your Blackbaud ID (BBID) or Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials.

In the My Applications area, find the application you want to cancel. Click on Manage and then Cancel.

In the Cancel Application modal, select the reason you're canceling it. These can include:

Funding no longer required

Project or program is canceled or discontinued

Duplicate application

Change in circumstances

No longer eligible for funding

Other

Click Cancel application to finalize cancellation.
All applicants will be notified by email that the application has been canceled. If it needs to be reopened, contact an administrator for the program.
Frequently asked questions (FAQs)

Canceled applications are automatically hidden in the My Applications area. To view them, adjust the Status filter at the top of the page.

In the My Applications area, click on the dropdown next to the search bar.

Select the checkbox next to Canceled to surface these applications.
