How do I determine if I'm eligible to apply for a program?

Some programs require applicants to answer questions to determine eligibility before you can start an application. If this is the case, you will see a form called Eligibility Form Questions (see title directly above the form questions) with instructions to Complete the eligibility form to access the grant application forms..

Complete the form and submit your responses. Once submitted, you will receive one of the following messages letting you know if you can proceed with starting an application for the program.

	Your responses to the form matched the responses required by the organization. You are eligible to apply and can click on Continue to application to start your application.
	Your responses did not match what is required by the organization. Because of this, you are ineligible to apply for the program and cannot move forward with creating an application.

Note: The organization hosting the program may provide custom messaging in these screens. Because of this, the messages and instructions you see may differ from what is shown in these examples.
