Complete and Submit Grant Manager Forms

Depending on how your program is configured, Grant Managers and Reviewers may be required to complete Grant Manager forms for an application once it enters a specific workflow level.

Note: Grant Manager forms are never visible to the Applicant. They can only be completed by Grant Managers in the workflow level that the form is in.

  1. Navigate to the Applications area.

  2. Click on the Application ID to open the Application View.

  3. In the Application Forms tab, select the form in the Forms for you to complete section to view it.

  4. If the form has not been started, click on the Start form link to begin editing it. If it has, click on Edit instead.

  5. Once complete, submit the form to proceed.

The forms you are responsible for completing are entirely dependent on the program, workflow level, and your role in the review process. With that said, you will typically be prompted to complete any forms with a deadline first.

For example, the forms you need to complete will be listed in the You must complete field under the current workflow level. Additionally, those same forms in the Forms for you to complete section will show a Form due on date as well as a red hourglass icon indicating urgency.
