Hide Dashboards

Note: The My Workspace dashboard that is included out-of-the-box for all users cannot be hidden.

Users have the ability to specify which dashboards will appear on the Home page.

Tip: Users can only manage the visibility of their personal dashboards or shared dashboards to which they have been granted Owner permissions.

Note: If an Owner hides a dashboard that has been shared with others, this action will not automatically hide the dashboard for the users with which it has been shared.

1. Navigate to Home > Dashboard Manager tool.

2. Select the ellipsis icon next to the dashboard and then Hide dashboard.

3. Confirm the action to remove it from the Home page and change its Status to Hidden.

Hiding a dashboard will remove the tab from the user's current dashboard list on the Home page.

Note: The Owner can still manage sharing permissions, rename, and delete the dashboard in the Dashboard Manager tool. However, the dashboard will need to be shown (i.e., Status changed to Visible) in order to edit its widgets and content.
