Manage Shared Dashboards
After a dashboard has been shared with other users in an organization, their access and permissions can be managed in the Dashboard Manager tool.

The steps outlined for sharing a dashboard can be used to add more users to a dashboard. Learn more.

Warning: Users are assigned View only by default. Only assign Owner to users approved to edit the dashboard.

Navigate to the Home > Dashboard Manager tool.

Select the ellipsis icon next to the dashboard and then Share dashboard.

Update the setting (e.g., View only, Owner) in the Dashboard Permission column for the user.

Save all changes.

Select the ellipsis icon next to the dashboard and then Share dashboard.

Select the x icon next to the user to be removed.

Save all changes to unshare the dashboard.
Tip: To stop sharing the dashboard entirely, remove all users from the Shared Dashboard modal.
