Edit Document Templates

Navigate to the Settings > Document Templates area.

Select the ellipsis next to the item and then Edit template.

From the Manage Template page, take any of the following actions to update the template.

Update the name in the Template name field.

Add text, images, tables, and any other content to the document in the editor.
Note: Examples of information documents may include are grant agreements, grant summaries, or your organization's resources such as privacy policies.

Select the Insert Token button from the editor to open the Insert Token screen.
Tip: The Insert Token toolbox can be used to add any standard product fields or custom fields, allowing users to pull system data into the document. Examples of tokens that are most often used are
{{APPLICATION_ID}}
,{{PROGRAM_NAME}}

Select the Format Document button to open the Format Document screen and update the page's margins.

Select the Insert Page Break for Printing icon from the toolbar to force a page break in the final document.

Save all changes.
