Can I fix or bypass the ineligibility flags on Excluded Payments?

Organization ineligibility

If a payment is flagged as Organization ineligible for disbursement by YourCause, you cannot bypass or fix this to disburse the payment. This is because organizations must be vetted by YourCause and Blackbaud Compliance before they can receive charitable funds. This flag typically means the organization has not undergone the vetting process.

 

Individual benefits

If YourCause is chosen as the processor for payments being disbursed to individuals, they will be flagged as Program benefiting individual ineligible for disbursement by YourCause. This is because YourCause cannot process payments to individuals. To fix this, you will need to change the processor for the payment to the client by either updating or changing the budget and funding source.
