What does each budget attribute mean?

When managing budgets with funding sources, you'll notice attributes like Allocated, Unavailable, etc. Definitions for each are provided below.

Allocated, Total allocated, or Total budget An amount of money set aside to be used in a budget or funding source. These terms may be used interchangeably.
Available for payments or Remaining The total cash amount that can be used for payments. The amount shown is the total spent (Payments), total reserved (Reserved for payment), and total unavailable (Unavailable) subtracted from the Total allocated. These terms may be used interchangeably.
Payments The number or total cash amount of payments created using this budget.
Reserved for payment The amount that is automatically reserved from applications using budget reservation. Funds are reserved when the application is submitted and remain reserved until awards and payments are created.
Sources The number of funding sources assigned to the budget.
Unavailable The amount in a budget that cannot be used for payments. Any remaining funds automatically become Unavailable if a budget's funding source is closed. Alternatively, funds can become Unavailable if a budget is closed and the Do nothing. The funds will become unavailable for payment. option is chosen for its remaining funds.
