Calculate Field Values

Note: This option is only available for Currency and Number field types.

1. Hover over the field on the form page.

2. Select the Edit component icon from the toolbar that appears.

3. In the Configuration screen, select the Calculated Value tab.

4. Select the Manage calculated value formula button to manage calculate value logic to assign this component a value.

5. In the Manage Calculated Value Builder screen, take the following actions.

   

   1. Select the operation in the I want the following values dropdown. Available operations include:

      • Added

      • Subtracted

      • Divided

      • Multiplied

      • Averaged

   2. Optional - By default, you will be presented with two values for this operation.

      • Select the Add Value button to add another value to the equation with the same operator.

      • Select the Add new operation button to start a new operation within the equation.

   3. For each value, specify what data will be included in the equation - Numeric value or Value of component.

   4. Enter the value or component in the appropriate fields based on your selection.

   5. Select Submit.

6. Save your changes.
