Show or Hide Pages

  1. Select the ellipsis icon in the page tab and then the Show/Hideoption.

  2. In the Show/Hide Page screen, configure the visibility of the page based on the following scenarios.

    • Always show page - This is the default setting. The page will always show in the form.

    • Always hide page - This setting will hide the page from its audience no matter the circumstances.

    • Show page when - This setting will show the page only when a condition or rule is met.

      Note: You will be required to define these conditions or rules in the Show/Hide Page screen.

    • Hide page when - This setting will hide the page only when a condition or rule is met.

      Note: You will be required to define these conditions or rules in the Show/Hide Page screen.

  3. If Show page when or Hide page when is selected, define the circumstances under which the page will or will not be displayed.

    • Add condition - Use this option to create a simple condition. For example, "Cash amount requested (field) equal to 10,000 (specific value)".

    • Add new rule - Use this option to create a complex set of conditions. Conditions can also be added to the rule set. For example, "Cash amount requested (field) equal to 10,000 (specific value)"AND "Approved date (field) before Project start date (value from another component)".

  4. Save your changes.
