Awards

The Award Insights Dashboard shows a program and payment breakdown of awards.

  1. Navigate to the Insights area.

  2. Select the Awards tile to open the Award Insights Dashboard.

Tip: Select the Download snapshot button to download a PNG file of the Overview and Cycles sections. The Award Table is not included in the snapshot.

The Awards Insight Dashboard is divided into three sections - Overview, Cycles, and Award Table.

Tip: You can filter the data shown across all sections by selecting the program status or cycle status from the fields at the top of the page. You can further customize the view by selecting specific programs or cycles from the appropriate field.

Section Data Displayed Available Actions
Overview

This section shows the following information in charts and widgets:

  • Number of awards

  • Number of applications

  • Total award amount

  • Total payment amount

  • Number of payments

Note: A comparison of the percentages of Awards to individuals and Awards to organizations as well as a comparison of the percentages of Award balance and Payment total are also shown.

Cycles

This sections shows the following information:

  • Total award amount

  • Awards per cycle

  • Total award amount per cycle

  • Select the Download button to export a CSV file.
AwardTable

This section shows a table view of the following information for each award:

  • Award amount

  • Number of payments per award

  • Award ID

  • Status

  • Program

  • Application ID

  • Applicant

  • Organization

  • Select the Download results button to export a CSV file.

  • Select the Filter button to apply filters based on the available columns.

  • Select the arrow next to each item to expand the view, showing payment details for each award.
