Manage Program Automations

Navigate to the Program Setup > Grant Programs > Automation tab.

Find the Program Automation to be edited.

Select the ellipsis icon next to the item and then the Edit option.

Navigate to the Program Setup > Grant Programs > Automation tab.

Find the automation to be copied.

Select the ellipsis icon next to the item and then the Copy option.
A Program Automation with a Published status can be archived if you no longer want to make it available for your program routing.
Warning: Archiving automations will invalidate any links to it that you have shared with applicants.

Navigate to the Program Setup > Grant Programs > Automation tab.

Find the automation to be edited.

Select the ellipsis icon next to the item and then the Archive option.

Confirm the action to archive the automation.
Tip: The automation can be unarchived by selecting Unarchive from its options. Keep in mind that doing so will automatically reactivate all Routes within the automation and anyone with a link to it will be able to apply if the specified programs are still in an open cycle.
Program Automations with a Draft status can be removed from the system without needing to first archive them.

Navigate to the Program Setup > Grant Programs > Automation tab.

Find the automation to be removed.

Select the ellipsis icon next to the item and then the Delete option.

Confirm the action to delete the automation.
Program Automations with a Published status must first be archived before they can be removed from the system.

Navigate to the Program Setup > Grant Programs > Automation tab.

Find the automation to be edited.

Select the ellipsis icon next to the item and then the Archive option.

Confirm the action to archive the automation.

Return to the Automation table.
-
Select the ellipsis icon next to the item and then the Delete option.

Confirm the action to delete the automation.
