Share Links to Program Automation Routing Forms
Applicants are able to access a Program Automation using either an internal or external link to it. This link can be shared with them through email communications, your website, marketing campaigns, etc.
- 
                                                        Navigate to the Program Setup > Grant Programs area.

                                                        In the Automation tab, find the Program Automation to share. 
- 
                                                        Select the ellipsis icon next to the item and then the Share option. 
- 
                                                        From the Share screen, copy one of the following links based on who will be applying by selecting the Copy link to clipboard icon. - 
                                                                Internal Link - Share this link with applicants who will be signing in via SSO, such as employees of your organization. 
- 
                                                                External Link - Share this link with applicants who will be applying externally, such as nonprofits.
