Share Links to Program Automation Routing Forms

Applicants are able to access a Program Automation using either an internal or external link to it. This link can be shared with them through email communications, your website, marketing campaigns, etc.

  1. Navigate to the Program Setup > Grant Programs area.

  2. In the Automation tab, find the Program Automation to share.

  3. Select the ellipsis icon next to the item and then the Share option.

  4. From the Share screen, copy one of the following links based on who will be applying by selecting the Copy link to clipboard icon.

    • Internal Link - Share this link with applicants who will be signing in via SSO, such as employees of your organization.

    • External Link - Share this link with applicants who will be applying externally, such as nonprofits.
