Frequently Asked Questions - System Emails

There are limitations on which system emails can be sent or tested in the UAT environment versus the Production environment. All emails can be sent out in UAT with the exception of scheduled emails. These will only be sent in Production.

The following emails are sent via a job (i.e., scheduled) so cannot be tested in the UAT environment. Some exceptions may apply. For more information, see the Available Email Templates resource to match the Email ID with its use case.

• GC-18 Application Form Added (Applicants)

• GC-19 Application Form Recalled (Applicants)

• GC-23 Nomination Form Added (Applicants)
