Remove Users From Roles

Note: This action only removes the user from the specified role. It does not delete the user from the system.

  1. Navigate to the Settings > Roles and Permissions area.

  2. Select the ellipses icon next to the role and then Manage Users.

  3. From the Manager Users page, search for the individual by name or email OR scroll through the list under Search users.

  4. Select the x icon next to the user in the Users With Role list to remove them from the role.
