Activate Assignments

When a workflow level assignment is first created, it will remain Inactive until it is manually activated.

1. Navigate to the Program Setup > Workflow Level Automation > Initial Assignments tab.

2. Select Activate from the assignment’s options.

3. Confirm the action to set the assignment and its rules to active.
